Most of the time I had it up on the old BBS systems. I had it up on the ASME BBS with over 100 downloads before 1990.

I created the current webpage in 1998 because I wanted to distribute the software (at least not go to waste !) and to call attention to my current company, WinSim. So it is a place to get some free software and now some of the code is up. I'll put more code up when I get around to it (there are too many files now !). The page has had over 9,000 visits in the almost 2 years since I put it up (and there are a few links back to it also now).
