Process Industries Practices is at:

<a href="http://www.pipdocs.org/">http://www.pipdocs.org/</a>

See http://www.pipdocs.org/pp/practices/piping/pp_practices_piping.htm for their piping menu.

I didn't find any CAD standards at their site except for "Piping and Instrumentation Diagram Documentation Criteria" at $2000US. It's not clear to me if a company is required to join the organization in order to access their files. If this is the case, annual membership is $25KUS.
