You do not have to be a member of PIP to access their files, just pay for
each document. The piping discipline group has an internal procedure for
making CAD drawings used in the practices. A member might share that
document. It would not hurt to ask.

I didn't find any CAD standards at their site except for "Piping and Instrumentation Diagram Documentation Criteria" at $2000US. It's not clear to me if a company is required to join the organization in order to access their files. If this is the case, annual membership is $25KUS.
