unfortunately to join PIP you have to be an American company (we're in the UK, but are a Norwegian company) and have $25000, a bit steep for our budget.
They don't want to buy anything either, that's why they asked me to produce this standard. They want me to write something from scratch with no financial help. In other words they want it on the cheap!

So do any pipers out there fancy sending me their drawing office procedures, I would be most grateful?
