I need to determine the amount of steam blow by for an orifice plate installed in a 1" NPS pipe and a 3" NPS pipe. The Flexitallic Design Handbook "Continuous Condensate Removal from Steam Systems" provides a method and a graph for orifices installed in 1/2" NPS and 3/4" NPS pipe. The Flexitallic Company no longer supports this design handbook. Any suggestions?
