I can't answer the question.

I had taken the Process Plant Layout and Piping Design class offered by SPED last year, it is a two night a week class taught by the leading professionals in the different fields involved in designing a plant. It lasted about 4 or 5 months, 2 nights a week. Ed Bausbacher did the intro, and was suppose to come back to teach some of the other class, but fell ill and later passed away in December 1999 or January 2000.

It is a very good class to learn what it takes to design a plant.
