I'd recommend Rip Weaver's "Process Piping Drafting", ISBN 0-87201-761-3 and "Piping Guide" by david R. Sherwood, ISBN 0-914-08219-1. They should both be listed at the PipingDesign.com books page, http://www.pipingdesign.com/books1.html .
