Fuel Gas Piping

Urgent :

Please clarify whether,

1. Fuel gas piping requires 100% RT as per BS 31.2 standard regardless of diameter and thickness.
2. Fuel gas piping requires 100% PWHT as per BS 31.2 standard regardless of diameter and thickness.

If there are any other standards, please clarify on the two points.
