I came across your site during a search on the internet, and wanted to see if you could point me in the right direction.

I'm searching for two piping designers and two project lead engineers to work at a petro chemical refinery in the Midwest. These are 2-3 year projects, but they only want people from the Midwest, due to a history of people leaving before project ending dates for more money, closer to home, etc.

Any ideas?
