If an employer purchases super high-tech hammers that look like screwdrivers because "he heard they were a good thing" and later found the more experienced carpenters pounding nails with them, who's to blame? Perhaps a bad analogy, maybe somebody has a better one. "Easier and quicker" is not always the way to go in engineering.
