I agree with Paul. Look it up on Part II. Table A-1 is arranging line/
spacing pipeways (with or withour flanges) covering srtaight pipe from 2" to
24".
Tables A-2 and A-3 are for 45 deg jumpovers and rununder respectively. This guide cost about $77 way back in 94. Its a must have guide book for junior designer.

The book is not exotic, filled with mystifying engineering calculations or 3" thick, but it should be on a recommended owning list for any engineer/designer/tradesman wanting to get into any field that involves piping. It is a bit expensive, but worth it. I read it every night before bed and then dream about nipples and trycocks.
