The web link you listed below for the Suzuki paper did not find the paper when searched under all catalogs It did find 31 listings for publications with title words including "creep behaviour" but nothing by Mr A. Suzuki
Anyone else find it?

Subject: RE: [PipingDesign] Creep life study - update. (Long)
Hi Ralph
Apologies for taking so long to reply, I have been talking to my colleagues in the Metallurgical Group who did the replication.
A small area of the pipe (approx 1 square inch) is polished and etched and wetted with acetone, a cellulose acetate sheet is applied to the surface, the sheet retains the detail of the component microstructures when dry and can be examined under an optical or scanning electron microscope.
This is a non-destructive technique and can be carried out at intervals over the lifetime of the plant to monitor the degradation rate of the metal.
Our Met guys go all over the World doing this, so if you need anyone just let me know. (I hope Paul doesn't ban me from the list for advertising!)
I posted a link to the British Library Document Service in
an earlier post, but here it is again:

We have asked an independent verifier (not from my company or from the Client) to look at my calculations using the Suzuki paper, he hasn't finished his checks yet. If you are interested I will keep you posted with hoe I get on.
