The suzuki paper was presented at a conference and is included in "Proceedings of the 5th International Conference in Structural Mechanics in Reactor Technology" The conference took place in 1979. The ISBN is 0444853561

You should be able to obtain just the one paper (11 pages) from the Proceedings if you make a special request. Our Technical Library obtained the paper for me from the British Library.

I have just found that the BLDSC offers a service called Inside Web which will allow you to search for and order single papers from conferences. The subscription is £500 per year, but they do offer a free 1 week trial period. A copy of single paper will cost about £5.

Selct the Help option on the site for a link to Inside Web.
