PDMS

I have a problem with PDMS. I have been post with a question of how to extract Intermediate Data File (IDF) or Piping Component File (PCF) using PDMS. I wonder any of the experience user of PDMS is abled to help me with this. Frankly, I am not a efficient user of PDMS, so during your reply, please answer me direct and straight to the point. SOme example will be appreciated.
