Basics of Pipe Stress Analysis

Hi
I am interested in learning Pipestress analysis from Basic. Can anyone tell me which is the best source of learning pipestress analysis. I have CAESAR II software for same. But before starting any work on CAESAR II I want to go through fundamentals of pipestress analysis. Is there any web or good book( pl give Title of book,Author and publisher name) or study material available.
