How to arrange a planning design such as "action plan". off course this is a management matter in design prossses. I want to know the correct procedure to develop engineering team in piping design.
All include :

1. Bill of Material base on that we will make groups of requisition
2. Piping Lay Out in accordance with step of design
3. Isometric to produce spool drawing.
4. And The importance things is " a check list " to review piping lay out

and Isometric.

For additional information :
my Education is Mechanicall Engineer"
Joint with piping industry at about 2 years in engineering to build a Refinery
One year in Oil and Gas Company
All as a Stress Engineer (a little experience in design)

Now I should support the piping lead in coordinate piping design team for Plattform Offshore Project.

That's my problem could all of you help me ??

So,from your information I suppose that you would be in charge with stress calculations for industrial piping. I also have to assume that you are not a lot of experienced, but there is no precise information about your level of knowledge in this matter. Please, be a little bit more specific and give more data about yourself as to let people to give you the right advice.
