i guess George is right. You are leading the piping group. Im sorry to tell
you this Jarot, but 2 years is simply not enough. My advise is to get a
professional help that will act as a consultant reporting to you of
course.You acutally need two - a piping specialist (heavy on design,
construction, welding for starter) and a project engineer that will help u
develop the schedule, id the critical path and deliverables. Forget the
checklist. Your talking here a million dollar venture.

1. Bill of Material base on that we will make groups of requisition 2. Piping Lay Out in accordance with step of design 3. Isometric to produce spool drawing. 4. And The importance things is " a check list " to review piping lay outand Isometric.

All as a Stress Engineer (a little experience in design)

So,from your information I suppose that you would be in charge with stress calculations for industrial piping. I also have to assume that you are not a lot of experienced, but there is no precise information about your level of knowledge in this matter.
