What is menat by high temperature

What is meant by high temperature as per B 31.3(Exact Temperature

°C),
since B31.3 talks about only high pressure range, can anybody clarify what should be the consideration for high temperature. In B31.3, there is some ambiguous note for cyclic conditions and factor for considering number cycles which a piping system gets subjected to.

Please clarify this doubt
