constant G. did forward some good suggestion but i have to agree with
Mike with Item No. 6. Its you plant and you actually got to choose
your contactor - meaning its the contractor that will have to do the
convincing. On a grassroot project bidded on lump sum, the whole
project is normally awarded to an EPC and this included the frontend
engin eering.
