we've previously used AAA Technology and Specialties Co. Inc based in Houston, TX and Power Piping Company based in Pittsburg, PA for our requirements for molded polyurethane pipe saddles and supports in cold and cryo service. The use of wooden block in lieu of high density pu is a cost effective alternatives (works OK with us).

on the same subject, there was a previous threads requesting for info on sway braces. what was posted was a rigid hanger assembly using an adjustable clevis type hangers with a braces mounted on the clevis. I dont think that this will work. For sway braces to dampen the effect of vibration i would suggest of spring loaded vibration dampeners mounted to a double bolted clamp or the use of sawy struts in v-fromation as a cheaper alterntive. Power Piping catalog has a lot of this type of products.
