Paul:
Thanks for the prompt reply. Where are you based in Canada?
The power stuff could go with the "Of Interest" items which include refining flowcharts, etc.
LG (Lockwood-Greene) does all kinds of E&C work, take a look at their website lg.com. I'm probably out of here in a couple of weeks, due to workload drop off. Maybe I'll head north . . . .
regards
Andy Banner
PS: Keep up the good work - for better or worse we all learn something from this website - thanks!

Subject: Re: [PipingDesign] Off-Topic: Fw:
$40US/hour works out to about $60CDN/hour. I don't know of many
people up here getting that amount.
That's an excellent idea, it's the type of thing I had in mind for
the "Piping Design Examples" page at
<a href="http://www.pipingdesign.com/designexamples.html">http://www.pipingdesign.com/designexamples.html</a>
I'll start hunting around for some relevant webpages, that type of
information would be of great benefit to anyone starting a new
project in an unfamiliar field, just as a general background to
get up to speed on the process involved. If anyone else finds this
type of info, let me know.
Paul
PS I thought LG only did electronics.
