The critical point would be on how long you could afford for a T/A since it
is a loss of production/cost.
The other point should be the list of critical equipment/system to be service i,e. heat exchangers/boilers/coolers/piping/rotating equipment and others.
There are always option to determined which system to be used and each have their own adv and disadv. However, I would prefer that the system could be divided into the job scope to be performed.... i.e. mechanical maintenance, mechanical cleaning, chemical cleaning, refurbishment etc. This could ensure that the supervisor in-charge are fimiliarize and focussed with the system.
