TRS Staffing Solutions, a subsidiary of the Fluor Corporation, is assisting Fluor in staffing the Sakhalin Island Phase II Project. The island is located north of Japan off the coast of Russia. There will also be a satellite project office in Moscow that will require experienced engineering staff to oversee sub contractors work and to maintain project standards

The project will involve infrastructure upgrade, oil and gas development, offshore rigs, pipelines, oil terminal and a Liquid Natural Gas Plant. It is expected to last approximately four years.

This project is single status only. This may change when the infrastructure and accommodation improves on the island.

We are currently looking for Russian speaking lead/senior engineers and managers with good EPC backgrounds in the petrochemical field who have worked in the Former Soviet Union or have previously worked in remote locations.
