Megeyesy's Pressure Vessel Handbook. You might have some luck with
manufacturer's catalogs. My old Tube Turns catalog has all this info, and
Hartford Steam Boiler has an excellent handbook--if Hartford's your AI
you can probably get one real quick. Check around the web.
