You need to be more elaborating. Like at what stage you are going to estimate. Primary
or
after freezing of P&Id
or
after completion of ISO's preparation.
Estimation in first stage would depend on type of plant also, i.e. unit or offsite piping, average pipe size of the job etc. Mehul.
