RE: estimation

im using Richardson Rapid Construction Cost Estimating Systems. Volume No. 3 has a very comprehensive table for estimating cost of plumbing, processes piping and instrumentation both in terms of material + labor (inclusive of tax and productivity factor) . Estimates covers fabrication (shop and field), installation, testing and NDE. No estimate provided for engineering manhours or generating the iso.
