RE: estimation

forget to mention. Piping, piping component and valves cost is based on USA price at the date of publication. You may need to escalate the cost by considering inflation rate, apply freight charges, etc. For the labor, just consider the manhour apply prudctivity factor then use current labor charges at location of const'n. You may have to factor cost of labor strike resulting in delays, etc.. Contingency is the last factor you need to conisder after summing up the cost of labor and material.
