Pump Nozzle loads

Hello All,

It has been observed in Pump nozzle loadings, In case of Thermal load analysis, even at ambient temp. loads on nozzles comes very very high compare to sustained loads. Unimaginably high loads leave analysing engineer without any solutions. Even system may not worth to add any expansion loops nor bellows. Any suggestions from dear and experienced membsers to tame this loads ( forces and moments)within allowable?
