are you planning to use screwed on the branch lines as well?
you never be any better than the material and type on the screwed branch
lines.

I have a quick and easy question. We are planning a small retrofit of a compressed air blow-down system and the customer would like to use screwed (NPT) pipe for a distribution line. If he uses 3"NPT for the distribution loop, would he be in compliance with ASME?
