Distance between vessel/drum ?

Dear all,

I am trying to make lay out small plan, the book I read tell about minimum distance between equiment (especially for drum/vessel), but this distance is for maintenance access, I required for safety reason (in case of fire), anyone can help me about this, or there is standard/code tell about minimum distance between equipment for safety reason.
