Karl,
Why don't you explain the procedure...at least additional steps involved when compared to normal hot tapping. This will help the team, rahter than the logistic steps.
Hari.

Well submerge enviroment, that is another story. You will need the help of a good dive team for sure. You will need to contact a good diving contractor. How deep is the hot tap?
What type of fluid is in pipeline, and what company is this for. The Company may have a spec. on this application you will have to follow. You diffently need to talk to someone with a lot of experience with this. MMS has to approve, the enviroment is in this also, so you need to cross all the T's and Dot all your I.
The few I did were above water.
You may want to try calling Global Industries, in New Iberia, La for some good advise, or help on this. I have that number somewhere. (337-367-3483) I think they make a bolt on type for this type of application also.
Good Luck
