Look at the ASTM Specifications for mill tolerances of copper
pipes/tubes and alloy pipes made from plate/sheet. They are
not always minus 12.5% mill tolerance.
Some pipes are ordered with a minimum wall thickness, in which case you can use a zero mill tolerance in the calcs.
If the pipe is threaded, include the "h" dimension from ASME B1.20.1 in the mechanical or corrosion allowance.
Choose proper joint efficiency factor and "Y" coefficient.
Refer to the Piping Code notes pertaining to each material.

when calculating min. wall and selecting pipe schedule always remember the 12 1/2% plus/minus mill tolerance on pipe wall. I assume this is in the spreadsheet but many times is missed in hand calc.
