It wasn't clear form your original post what level of expertise you had, my apologies for sending you a basic lesson in scantling calcs.

In my defence, I am teaching the basics of pipe pipe stressing to two colleagues, one is experienced at FEA and the other is a civil engineer. By comparison, the piping design forum is a bit of light entertainment!

I think some of the other list members have suggested methods of estimating
schedules, although there are so many variables involved that I would be cautious in using rules of thumb for anything other than making a first estimate.

I had a quick look at your spreadsheet (not a formal check) and it looks OK. I couldn't see what tR = (t+c)/0.875 and TR = 2t+c were used for.
