My understanding of the spreadshhet was that tR = (min thickness + corrosion)/0.875

The 0.875 could be a factor for mill tolerance, but the mill tolerance should be subtracted from the nominal wall, not added to the min thickness as it is a manufacturer's tolerance based on the nominal wall.

The mill tolerance is used correctly in the column TA = T * 0.875, so the tR column seemed to be redundant.
