and possibly as an alternative for a double block and bleed arrangement. May I add that the operating blank is not to be confused with the "slip blind" that are very common during a major turnaround or shutdown. Slip blind (or maintenance blinds) are thin plate blank (no pressure). use to sealoff or prevent people from enterng a confined space. Received on Fri Oct 12 07:59:00 2001
