Spacers are installed on the OD of the inner cylinder to maintain the gap of
the annulus. In our conveying system (pellet) we had a couple of failures
related to the buckling of the inner cylinder. I suggest that Thickness has
to be checked both for external and i nternal pressure. How do we hydro a
double pipe ? Separately?
