a companion software based on John S. Page Estimators Piping Manahours Manual is also available - Pipemate Piping Material and Estimating Manhours. But if you're ERP ready, cost estimating can be integrated into SAP (material cost and store), Primavera (manhour) and PDS (takeoff).

         My vote still goes to Richardson (PC version is also aviailable - RACE). Fabricator will of course be just interested in the labor, material and overhead. If the estimate is for capital project then the way to go is by considring the LCC and the DCF.
