Steam blowing method

Could anyone advise me on the following issues of steam blowing?

  1. What is the volume of the steam needed/ flowrate of the steam for the steam blowing?
  2. What is the temperature of the required steam for steam blowing? 60C/100C/120C?
  3. What is the velocity and pressure of the steam inside the pipeline?
  4. Do we need any pump to pump the steam?
