there was a large disagreement betintergraph and bently and both dissasociated due to problems with each other.intergraph is developing its own 3d design software
totally diff from pds with the ability to import pds models and bently has has gone ahead and developed its own 3d design software known as plantspace. morever pds ( intergraph) employees have left and joined some other rival company i think it is bently anup
