Anil,
YOur question is far too general but I will try to steer you in the right direction.
What country are you in? The cost of PE is highly susceptible to freight costs. What standard do you want the PE manaufactured to? ASTM, ISO, Australian? WHat grade of PE do you require? PE is a generic term and covers medium and high density. There is also ultra high density that is used for highly abrasive service.
The various grades of PE relate to design life, temperature and available pressure classes. I presume that you are after pipe sections as it is also available in sheet form.
Try www.Iplex.com.au or www.eurapipe.com.au if you are anywhere near Australia. Stateside Phillips would be the major manufacture of grades to ASTM standard. In Europe try the resin manufacturers such as Borealis for technical details. Manufacturers include Glynwed, Afnor, George Fischer. JUst try the internet search using Polyethylene+pipe.
In the future please be more explicit as to your needs then the answer will be more specific.
