ADMIN: Message Moderation

Since this is a "closed" list, all posts from new members are automatically placed on moderated status to eliminate spam.

Periodically, I manually change the setting to "unmoderated" after listmembers demonstrate legitimate interest and/or knowledge about the subject matter.

Within the next few days we will be reaching the 400 member milestone, and I cannot always keep track of all messages to the list.

If you have been on the list for a while and have posted replies, but are still on moderated status, let me know via private email and I'll change the settings appropriately.
