I suggest you would be better off with a macerator. Try Mono Pumps, ABS Pumps,
Boeger, Moyno, ITT Flygt. These are all used on sewage to reduce the solids in
the fluid.
If you wish to not damage the fibres but mix in a color or similar then a mixing vssel may be required.
For other static mixers try Sulzer from Switzerland.
