Cone Valve Dam Outlet

Does anyone in this forum know of a manufacturer of cone valves used as pressure let down valves below a dam. The duty is 400-1010 L/s with upstream head of 60m . The head loss is modelled to be 25-40 m respectively. Valve required is to be electrically operated for flow control purposes.
