Excellent. Cryogenics works sort of the same way, but in reverse.
Extracting nitrogen is a relatively easy proposition. When one gets down to producing O2, it gets a bit more complicated.
After initial main compression, the waste N2 is used to cool the incoming. It's not a big secret, you can find out how to do it all over the net.
