Re: PIPE EROSION PROBLEMS

You can approach this problem in 2 ways.

1. You can try to reduce the velocity of the stream so as to reduce the erosion of the existing facility. Plus, try to reduce the number of bends i.e. directional changes.
2. Replacement of your line with any exotic material or any inner lining will be expensive. You can compare it with the replacement of the line over a fixed period. Finally, it depends on your how costly your downtime is !
