You could try contacting Nippon Koshuha Steel Co Ltd.
I think S50C is the same as AISI 1049, but am not sure on this.
Many of the abrasion resistant metals have been developed for ash handling
systems.
Be prepared for high prices. You may also need to allow for post fabrication
heat treatments.
