Pipe material for sea service !!!

Dear Members,

                                     Please  give your views on the

suitability of use of 316L in sea water service for intrumentation impulse lines at the discharge piping of brine circulating pumps.The chloride contents of the sea water is 20,000-30,000 ppm.,Temp is around 40 Deg.C. at 10 bar pressure.Also give some suitable gasket materials ,also let me know if graphite can be used or not?
