Dear Mr. Rao,

Butterfly valves of such high pressure rating are generally not manufactured. The inherent feature of construction calls for surface contact pressure achieved by worm and pinion to have an effective seal. Sealing pressure has to be 1.5 times the design pressure. Just imagine!!!

Even if some vendor makes it the cost may be prohibitive. Please review your requirement once again.
