Tow acceleration of piping

Hi,
We are involved in the engineering of offshore piping.   Presently working for a wellhead platform. I have a doubt on tow acceleration of piping. I understand this has got to do with the movement of piping while carrying deck for loadout operation. I would like to know how to anlyse the piping system on Caesar-II software for loadout case. Do we need to calculate acceleration factor and feed it as uniform load. Can anyone explain in detail
