Download AxiPro and run you model. You should be able to get some results within an hour.

Subject: [PipingDesign] Flange Leakage

For Flue Gas Expander ( FCCU ) which operates at a high temperature of 740

Deg C , line size 72" and pressure of 3.5 bar, we are facing problem
       of Flange leakage.

The Leakage is not continuous but is intermittent during continuous
operations. We have gone ahead with changing the gaskets to
       Camprofile (Flanges are Weld

Neck RF, smth finish 300 # rating, SS grade 321), tightening of bolts,
analysis results of flange leakage check etc (found ok)., but problem
       still persists. Request the

forum to pour in with valuable suggestions for mitigating the problem and
       finding the root cause.

Thanks.
